  13.      Two years ago I bought from Ultra-Comp, very good service and
  14.    everything went OK.

  17.      One year ago I bought from A-Tronic.  A failing keyboard was
  18.    replaced within 2 weeks. Later, a 1.44 drive got noisy, but
  19.   otherwise it worked OK.  I call them and I said that, since
  20.   I had had two problems with the system I wanted to return it.
  21.    They sent a new drive overnight and I kept the system (later,
  22.   I sent the noisy drive back to them).
  23.       Their support people also answered a couple of questions
  24.    without any problems.
