- I can only offer some negative experiences that I've had with a
- company that I chose through Computer Shopper. The company is MicroLab
- and they switched brands and refused to give any answers to letters from
- myself or through the mailorder merchants trade association. The Computer
- Shopper was able to get a very unsatisfactory response after the second
- try on their part.
- It was a fairly cheap lesson but I did learn not to go by price
- alone. You're very wise in doing what you're doing and finding out about
- the companies before you order.
