  14. I have a Grid 1810 Notebook computer for sale.  I am selling it because I need
  15. cash.  It has been a good little computer and I have only had it about 6 mos.
  16. (I bought it new in February or March.)

  18. The specifications are as follows.

  21.     V20 processor (10Mhz XT )         
  22.     20 Meg hardrive (removable)
  23.     1 meg memory with memory manager
  24.     EGA Monochrome display
  25.     Built in 2400/MNP-5 modem
  26.     1 serial port / 1 parallel port
  27.     1 battery and 1 external power supply
  28.     1 Null modem cable and Built in Laplink Plus
  29.     DOS 3.3  (In rom and on Harddrive)

  31. The version of DOS on this machine is put out by Grid and has special 
  32. power amd memory management features.

  34. I love this little machine for word processing and remote access to larger
  35. systems.  The battery lasts about 2 hours, and I have seen extra batteries,
  36. extra harddisks, and other periphs for sale in Computer Shopper.

  38. My only complaint about this machine would be that I did not purchase the 
  39. external floppy for it when I got it.  You have to use Laplink or some other
  40. package to get data to/from the harddrive.  External floppies are available 
  41. from serveral sources either designed specifically for the Grid or for use
  42. on the Parallel port.

  44. The machine is in excellent condition with one minor exception.  The latch 
  45. for removing the harddrive is broken off, so if you buy extra harddrives for
  46. it, you may be able to turn the latch with a screwdriver, or take it apart
  47. and fix the latch.
