- Sorry for repeating what I was told without calling LaserMaster to
- verify the facts. I called LaserMaster and was told the following are
- the suggested retail prices:
-
- Winjet 300 controller card: $495
- Winjet 800 controller card: $795
- Trutech controller card: $1995
- LX6 with 6 megs: $2195
- LX6 with 4 megs: $1695
- LX6 with 2 megs: $1195
-
- The Winjet cards are postscript-compatible and use the CPU in your PC.
- The Trutech card is postscript-compatible and uses its own RISC CPU.
- The LX6 card is proprietary and uses proprietary drivers and an external
- program for Postscript. The LX6 is still sold by LaserMaster.
-
- The card I am selling is the LX6 with 6 megs of memory.
-
- I got the above information from Sandra Peterson in Winjet sales and Tom
- Crowser in typography sales.
-
- Thanks,
