  14. a bunch of little pieces, we can also make it work, and the
  15. problem of cross-posting won't exist!  Decent message topics are a
  16. much more effective solution, if folks don't have the discipline to
  17. put a decent top on the message, they also won't have the discipline to
  18. not cross-post everywhere under the sun!  Let's not make a bad problem
  19. worse.
