  12. Here is the system I am looking for, or better,

  14. 486dx-33 CPU (with name bios, perf. AMI), and the motherboard should
  15. support fpu slot and/or overdrive slot.  
  16.  
  17. 8mb 70ns or better SIMMS.  (have to be on the m-board)... I would prefer a
  18. board than can take up to 32 or 64mb of ram total.
  19.  
  20. Mini-tower case w 200w (or better ps), dual cooling fans, and at *least* 5
  21. total drive bays ... after 2 floppies and HDD are installed, there needs
  22. to be at least 1 bay (external) free.
  23.  
  24. Graphics Acc. Card w 1MB (I would prefer a "name" chipset like VESA or
  25. Paradise)  must be a 32-bit card local bus.

  27. 32-bit local bus IDE controller.
  28.  
  29. (obviously, the m-board needs to have at least 2 32-bit slots...)

  31. 213mb (or better) IDE drive.  A small cache would be nice, too.

  33. HD 3.5 and 5.25" drives.  prefer teac

  35. NI 1024x768 color Svga 14" monitor.  Must be capable of 1280x1024. 72 hz

  38. 101 key (or better) enhanced key keybd.  Must have seperate arrow keys.  I
  39. would prefer not to get some mushy cheap one, too.

  41. I/O card with 16550 uarts and at least 2 S, 1 P, and 1 game port.

  43. Finally, I need some kind of guarantee that everything works normally
  44. together... a warrantee would be nice.

  46. I have been checking shopper, and can get all of the above for less than
  47. $2300 ...
