  13. I want this group to be split.
  14. This should solve most (if not all) problems and keep most people happy.

  17. misc.forsale.ibm
  18. misc.forsale.atari-amiga (not too many of each so shouldn't be a problem)
  19. misc.forsale.others (ie any computers which aren't the above)
  20. misc.forsale.hardware (anything which might be for any computer)

  22. The idea is to post computers and computer specific stuff to the appropiate
  23. group (one of the first three).
  24. Anything which may be used on any computer (eg hard disks, printers etc)
  25. only be posted to misc.forsale.hardware.
  26. This means there will be NO NEED to crosspost anything.
  27. It will also mean each group will be easy to read whatever newsreader you
  28. have.

  30. EXAMPLE
  31. Say you want to sell a scsi hard disk, one which will work on any computer.
  32. No problem. Post the ad to misc.forsale.hardware.
  33. Say you want anything for IBM computers.
  34. No problem. Simply read misc.forsale.ibm and misc.forsale.hardware.
