  27. Be certain. Not only is it limited as you describe, but the product sales MUST
  28. be a separate entity from the membership fees, etc., and the fee charged for
  29. the product must be reasonable with its fair market value outside of the MLM.
  30. DARE TO BE GREAT was taken down for lack of product when its product was a set
  31. of inspirational tapes on the MLM... and the SEC confiscated virtually
  32. everything the High Rollers involved had at that stage. Koscot Enterprises, on
  33. the other hand, had a mink oil based product line in sufficient quantities to
  34. be legal product, the higher fees for product based on a perceived value in
  35. the derivation from Mink. ( I am not advocating this, so animal lovers should
  36. find another target... I am merely relating the events. )
