- I am a member of a small rural Volunteer Rescue squad and 'till
- now and including now, the Captains idea of a drill has been to
- "Assess Annie and carry her to the rig". We're way beyond that.
- I have decided that I'm gonna change that or get thrown out
- trying. We have quit meetings for the summer months and will
- resume in September, that is when I'll start my assault. What I
- need is some ideas for drills. I am handicapped by the fact that
- this is the only squad that I ever belonged to, I don't really
- know how it SHOULD be run only that it aint right now.
-
- We have about 30 active members, (high guess)
-
- Highest level of training is Emt Basic with a CTC
- training, there are two of us with that and the same two
- are right now involved in the AEMT-D class.
-
- Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
