  12.         I am a member of a small rural Volunteer Rescue squad and 'till
  13.         now and including now, the Captains idea of a drill has been to
  14.         "Assess Annie and carry her to the rig". We're way beyond that.
  15.         I have decided that I'm gonna change that or get thrown out
  16.         trying. We have quit meetings for the summer months and will
  17.         resume in September, that is when I'll start my assault. What I
  18.         need is some ideas for drills. I am handicapped by the fact that
  19.         this is the only squad that I ever belonged to, I don't really
  20.         know how it SHOULD be run only that it aint right now.

  22.                We have about 30 active members, (high guess)

  24.                Highest level of training is Emt Basic with a CTC
  25.                training, there are two of us with that and the same two
  26.                are right now involved in the AEMT-D class.

  28.         Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
