- If all you want to complain about is the high annual fee then the best bet
- is to call and complain right after you receive the bill with the annual fee
- on it. Depending on the bank, you can often (many times?) get the fee
- reversed and keep the card. Citibank seems to be an exception to this rule.

- Also, many times they don't make you send back the card if you actually do
- cancel, so you save the 29 cents.
