  22. Sorry to spoil it all for you, John, but the Make A Wish Foundation is a
  23. real organization that doesn't in general more or less what ol' Criag
  24. wished for in particular -- that is, the foundation makes it possible
  25. for kids with life-threatening diseases to do something that they would
  26. wildly like to do but which wouldn't normally be possible, like meet
  27. Magic Johnson or see North Dakota or something.

  29. My application for a week in Aspen with Cindy Crawford and Anne Archer
  30. was rejected.

  32. Although -- after reading the application, in which I described what I
  33. had in mind -- they agreed that I was pretty sick, they said it wasn't
  34. life threatening.
