  34. You want Funny,  Amongst the things that are considered Hazardous
  35. (along with pitch) is asphalt -- So, it is illegal to
  36. take hot asphalt and dump it on the ground.  It is even worse, clearly,
  37. ti flatten it out and squeeze the stuff into the ground with a steam
  38. roller.  The only worse thing you can do with is leave it out in the rain
  39. and encourage people to drive their heavy cars all over it.
