- Yes!! Month after month. They kept claiming that it took that long to
- process the payment. I showed them that other visa/mc banks managed to
- credit my account within 3-5 days on a regular basis. Their's was always
- >7 days. I didn't get any satisfaction until I e-mailed AT&T's chairman,
- Robert Allen (reallen@att.com) and received a nice call back from someone on
- his staff. They are much more conscientious now about crediting my account.
