- Actually, I've had exactly the opposite situation occur several times.
- AT&T will post my check to my card several days before the check clears
- the bank. I usually mail the check 3-5 days before it's due (when I
- don't have the money handy) and even when the due date is on a Saturday,
- I can mail it Thursday and have had no probs. Of course, it's only going
- from Atlanta to Columbus, GA, but I've been surprised at how lenient they
- are about posting checks which they couldn't have processed until Monday
- on Saturday.
