- This is exactly the reason I cancelled my ATT Universal Card. I would mail
- payments, and the check will clear, as stamped paid on the check, before
- the due date, but the payment would be posted 5 days later, after the due
- date, making me pay finance charges. Calling and writing customer service
- would not do anything -- they would claim that I forgot to include the bill
- coupon or something, which was never true.
