- I believe the Chinese have been using MSG for a looong time.
- My parents always used to use it, but my mother stopped after
- hearing all the scare stories. In fact, we used to call it
- by the Chinese name before hearing the PC version - MSG.

- I recall some confusion, followed by happiness, at realizing
- that the stuff on store shelves sold as "Accent" or "MSG" was
- the same stuff we'd been using long before moving to the US.
