  23. Civil disobedience at Carnegie Mellon University will held August 6th @
  24. Noon to remember the 47th anniversary of Hiroshima Day and the 2nd
  25. anniverisary of the sanctions on Iraq.  We in Pittsburgh are calling the
  26. event "River Cities", Pittsburgh, Baghdad, and Hiroshima all being
  27. cities near rivers.
  28. Specifically, we are calling for the end of sanctions against Iraq, and
  29. an end to CMU's/Dod's Software Engineering Institute (SEI), the 8th
  30. largest Air Force Base in America.  SEI handles all the computer
  31. communications for the Force, no plane has ever landed here.  It also
  32. researchs many Dod military projects.  (The complete antithesis of the
  33. Activists Mailing List, instead of e-linking activists, they link up the
  34. military.)
