  39.      The event is timed to coincide with the visit of the "Columbus
  40. Regatta" to the city, part of the commemorations of Columbus voyage
  41. to the Americas, and described as a "discovery" in the assorted
  42. Trans Atlantic ceremonies. According to the 500 Years of Resistance
  43. Campaign it was neither a discovery or an event to be celebrated.
  44.      The event will take the form of an all day Festival in
  45. Liverpool University Students Union with exhibitions, stalls,
  46. music, theatre, films, a children's festival, a series of major
  47. discussions and an evening rally, a mass and a concert.
