  32. Just want to mention that I had a pleasent (if there is such a thing) 
  33. auto repair experience with Jim's Auto Repair in Madison. They are located
  34. behind the Fed Ex office on 20 and are staffed with courteous, and (from
  35. what I could tell) knowledgable folks.

  37. I'm really steamed about these auto rip-off shops like the one you mention, 
  38. and NTW in Madison, but these guys seemed decent.
