  13.    The COOKIES file included in the emacs distribution is ridiculous.
  14. Before Mrs. Fields was well-known, this legend was circulating around
  15. about Neimann-Marcus (sp?). This obviously legendary tale doesn't
  16. belong in emacs. (Many other files in the etc directory don't either,
  17. but they're mostly innocous.
