  15. I use emacs 18_55 on VMS 5.5.  When I run the emacs.com file cme with
  16. the source code, I spawn a process on my decterm.  I would like to be
  17. able to spawn a separate Emacs window where I can use the mouse.

  19. Currently the script sets the terminal to vt100 even when I am using
  20. decterm etc.  I am on a VaxStation 3100.
