  11. I am about to classify my growing piles of articles so that
  12. I can find them again.

  14. Basically, I want to enter a sentence or two about each one, and
  15. then be able to find them by keyword, author, broad subject etc.
  16. I would also like to be able output bibtex libraries.

  18. This is in effect a simple data base application, but I want the convenience
  19. and integration of Emacs editing.  Outline mode almost does it, in
  20. combination with simple searches, but I would like to be able to validate
  21. classifications, extract just those lines matching a search etc.

  23. I feel that this must be a common problem, and that *.el environments
  24. to do this would be available.
