- I have an article from the San Francisco paper which tells about the
- Central Maryland Heritage League selling square-foot sections of a
- Civil War battlefield (the Battle of South Mountain) for $25 apiece.
-
- I would like to get one of these as a birthday gift for a friend who is
- a Civil War buff. Unfortunately, the article does not give a phone number,
- address, or even the city. I've had no luck with directory assistance.
-
- Is there anyone in Maryland who has the address or phone number for this
- group, or any Civil War buffs who can tell me what city the battle was near
- (this might help me find them)?
-
- Please reply by e-mail to jgp@rational.com
-
- Thanks much.
