  21. I think there is a way of doing it using xgrabsc (available on
  22. export.lcs.mit.edu as xgrabsc.1.5.tar.Z). Among the options there is:

  24.      -k      Select the window under the mouse when  the  Control
  25.              key  is  pressed.   This  option is normally used in
  26.              getting images of menus.  Pop up the  menu,  option-
  27.              ally  move  the pointer to the window containing the
  28.              menu, and strike the Control key to begin the dump.
