  13. i want to do the following: i have an option in my menu very similar  to the ms-windows option - escape to dos shell. 
  14. i basically want to exec a shell . however i want to maintain the look and feel of my application and so execing a
  15. xterm is not what i want. any pointers/hints/code appreciated.
