- This is what I know. At the Xhibition Conference, Bob Scheifler of the
- X Consortium indicated that it should be in the X11R6 release. I don't
- know when R6 will be available. The vendors who currently provide
- implementations of XIE may provide an implementation based on a specification
- that will be different from what will be in X11R6. Apparently some significant
- changes were made to the specification along the way. Check with the vendor.
