- You might try jet, I don't know that much about it but it does have
- openlook decoration and tcsh works with it.

- You can get that sequence in xterm by simply selecting application
- cursor keys from the ctrl-middle menu, I think that it is also enabled
- by terminfo with ti. BTW on my sun4 keyboard up-arrow is KP-8.
