  24. You might try jet, I don't know that much about it but it does have
  25. openlook decoration and tcsh works with it.

  37. You can get that sequence in xterm by simply selecting application
  38. cursor keys from the ctrl-middle menu, I think that it is also enabled
  39. by terminfo with ti. BTW on my sun4 keyboard up-arrow is KP-8.
