- does anybody know why cmdtool fail to read/execute .ttywsrc if
- cmdtool is started with scroll on?? It fails with some error like
- tty-TIOCCONS no priviledge, or some such.

- Clicking off scroll, and viola... the key remaps defined in .ttywsrc are
- magically working? what the hec's "tty-TIOCCNONS"??
