  12. Please excuse me if this is a common problem, and I'm sure it must be, but
  13. how does one get 256 colours out of Visual Basic? I have been told that PCX
  14. Toolkit for Windows and QuickPak Pro for Windows can produce 256 colours. Is
  15. this the only way to go? How about directly accessing the Windows API?

  17. Another question, which may be related to the above, does anyone have any
  18. information about Microsoft's Professional Toolkit for Visual Basic 1.0? Is
  19. the toolkit worth the price?
