  10. Since I got such great response from the first set of questions,
  11. I'll try my luck with round number two:

  13. How does one cause a static window to respond to input?  I have a
  14. fairly complex arrangement of static windows that I want to be able
  15. to click on and get a response from...  Straight subclassing doesn't
  16. work.  The subclass procedure never even gets called for the mouse
  17. events.

  19. (Somewhere in the Petzold book, he says that statics trap the
  20. NCHITTEST message to disable mouse events.  Where and how do I
  21. re-enable them?)
