  21. Maybe you ought to give it another try, and talk with WP Support, they
  22. are very helpful if something is setup wrong.

  30. I agree that most UNIX software is not real "install friendly", but since
  31. we are a reseller organization, we solve this problem by bundling 
  32. installation services with all of our software and this way the customer
  33. never sees a problem.  And the FIRST time you install just about anything
  34. it proves to be problems.  But after a few installs, it becomes very
  35. easy to look for problem areas.
