  12.     Does anybody knows how to 
  13.     1) Connect the LAT SERVER 300 using C function routine instead of excuting system call 'lcp -h '.
  14.     2) The attribute of a tty port using LAT SERVER cannot be change
  15. by using function call ioctl(). How can I overcome it ?
