  12. I am wondering how the gp (global pointer) value on a mips is calculated.
  13. It seems to me this value is set by linker/loader using some info from
  14. ultrix OS or some conventional and fixed value.  It will be very appreciated
  15. if you can tell me the story or at least point me to some documentation.
