  17. It would seem that Bill reacted towards a biased accusation. Apparently his 
  18. motive was to use medicine of a similar nature to attempt a cure. IE De Armond 
  19. was to tell the world about how terrible Dell support is and Bill's only 
  20. counterpoint was to attempt to 'arrange' a defense of that support by showing 
  21. the other side.
