- But that should not really be an issue. I started not to even mention
- Stan's situation. Spelling and grammar flames are always in bad taste.
- I expect little more from people writing here than I do in normal
- verbal conversation. Most of us are sloppy with grammar when chatting
- and if we had to speak the spelling of each word, we'd probably all
- get a spelling F. I know I can whiz out a 5000 word print article in
- two hours. Then I spend the next 3 or 4 hours pouring over it
- correcting grammar and spelling and rewording awkward sentences.
- I'm not going to do that for the net and I don't expect anyone else to.
- yeah I cringe for Stan every time he has a bad day and the errors are
- worse than usual but I can still tell exactly what he's trying to say
- and that's all that really matters.
