  21. My impression was that Dell was concerned with the tone of Donn's
  22. posting and the appropriateness of his responding to a non-technical
  23. issue. I interpreted their message as saying that they would encourage
  24. their employees to respond in their areas of expertise in a positive
  25. manner. I certainly hope that's what they meant.
