  13.     Periodically I experience PANIC's due to networking load:

  18.     I thought at first this was a TCP problem (segment number wrapping) 
  19. but recently I've seen it extensively with NFS.
  20.     I'm running ESIX 4.0.3a with a clone WD8003 ethernet card.
