  11. I have sent a private note of thanks to the official Dell response. I would 
  12. hope that other readers here would encourage Dell NOT to discourage Donn or 
  13. others from public commentary. The Dell letter was already anticipated by many 
  14. here and it would be a shame if personal honesty and an outspoken word would
  15. simply turn into deadly silence. It would negate the purpose of the net.
