  33. I also have a Nanao F550i and I also noticed the "rainbow effect" at 
  34. 1024x768.  But I also found a problem of my guitar amp buzzing and a small
  35. 'hiss' in the stereo speaker.  It turned out that my halogen lamp was
  36. causing all this.  Now, my "rainbow effect" only appears in certain color
  37. desktops such as aqua and so forth.
