  21. Actually, both of my experiences with ESIX tech support were quite
  22. satisfactory.  That might be a fluke.  The recent display of bad attitude
  23. by a Dell support person on the net might be a fluke, too.

  25. I guess you might say I'm waiting for more evidence either way; I tend to
  26. ignore both knee-jerk Dellophiles and Dellophobes.  In any case, ESIX has
  27. suited my needs just fine.
