  12. I'm running SVR4 on an ATT StarServer E, a 486 machine, and have trouble
  13. starting up NIS.  I was able to do a

  17. but the machine dumped core when I tried a

  21. Anyone have any ideas about what's wrong?  AT&T doesn't seem to provide any
  22. information about NIS in their documentation.
