  15. I just got a letter from the dept that have asked me to look into upgrading
  16. the system here,... now they initially wanted to buy solaris 2.0 for the
  17. box (386 33MHz, ISA (least it looks like it) with a 1.2 Gig disk + 60 Mb tape 
  18. streamer) but I'm reasonably sure that Solaris isn't and won't be avalable for
  19. a long time for ISA architecture,... so... what I wish to knwo from those who 
  20. have gone before me, what is the bets upgrade path solution?

  22. ie can I jump from isc2.2 -> isc4? ideally I wish to move to sysv 4 but wish
  23. to keep posix compatibility and have job control.
