  21. I remember once he claimed, in the distant past, that he had fixed up vi
  22. and added support for windowing.  That's the old style windows on dumb
  23. terminals, I suppose you would have had multiple files on the screen at once
  24. and could switch between them, all from your little old vt100.  Unfortunately
  25. his disk crashed and there was no backup, I guess he walked away in 
  26. disgust, and I can't blame him.
