  14. Been trying to get tcsh up and working lately, and have been have some problems
  15. gettin the job control to work.

  17. For some reason, when I first load tcsh, I get the following message:

  19. Warning: no access to tty (Inappropriate ioctl for device).
  20. Thus no job control in this shell.

  23. A trip through the code in sh.c didn't really shed all  that much light
  24. on the matter, and #undef'ing VFORK didn't help.

  26. Has anybody else had this problem, and if so, what can be done to get rid of
  27. it?  I really cannot live without job control....
