  10. Previously I posted a message regaurding applying a patch...  I was
  11. flame for not putting in full details :-) so here goes...

  13. I first uncompress and untared olvwm3 into a directory.
  14.  
  15. I then tried to run olvwm.patch01 on it by entering the command
  16.  
  17. sh olvwm.patch01
  18.  
  19. The patch failed and died.  I was under the impression to apply
  20. a patch to a progam you had to run sh on it.  Is this correct?  Or should
  21. I just change the atturbutes on the patch and run it that way?
