  19. Greetings!  I'm the keeper of the list you are referring to (YABL).  Since
  20. I'm not contracting to the USAF anymore, I have very little free time.  The
  21. most recent version can always be found on the host "ftp.rahul.net".  It
  22. should be under "pub/mitch/YABL/yabl".  I plan to have an updated version
  23. there near the end of the month and will try to post it to USENET as well.
