- First, I would like to thank all the people who answered my first posting
- about getting a search wrap around message. After reading the responses
- and re-reading my posting, I don't think I got what I was looking for
- across. So, let me try it this way:
-
- In vi, when you search for a string and the search wraps around to the
- beginning of the file, is there anyway to print a message on the bottom
- of the screen that says "Search Wrapped Around Buffer" or something to
- that effect. I have wrapscan set, so it will wrap the searches, but when
- it does wrap the search, I want to be able to know that it did with a
- message at the bottom of the screen.
