- Well, I'll be damned. I changed it so that I sent back all zeroes except for
- c_cflag, which I set to B9600|CS8, and it works! (no more hung system).
- I can hardly believe it after all this. Thanks Matthias!

- Any UNIX gurus out there who can speculate why a return of 0 in c_cflag
- hung the whole OS?
