  12. Has anyone managed to get the lpt.c (parallel printer driver) supplied
  13. in the 0.1 kernel sources to work? I've managed to get it to compile :-)
  14. but it won't even find my lpt1: port at 0x378.

  16. BTW several modifications to source and to kernel configuration files are
  17. required even to get that far!!

  20. duplicating effort.

  22. Another point: what is the method used to create the diff-like patches
  23. that are posted to this group - and what is the way to apply them to the
  24. files automatically, rather than typing them in by hand :-( ?
