  19. Actually, Berkeley probably can't do this.  I have no idea how
  20. Berkeley's license agreement with AT&T reads, but at my old school
  21. one of the conditions on the educational Unix license was that
  22. AT&T would have access to any modifications made to the software.
  23. (Or something like that; it's been about 5 years since I read
  24. that license.)
